High Street Baptist Church in Springfield, MO, partnered with Paragon to make significant updates to its facilities. Paragon handles projects for both traditional and contemporary settings. For High Street Baptist, Paragon took a phased approach to upgrade the church's audio and video systems, helping them achieve their goals for improved worship and event experiences.
Paragon's first task for High Street Baptist Church was installing a new broadcast video system. This included the setup of 4K video switchers and signal routing, along with two Panasonic 16,000-lumen laser projectors and Da-Lite fixed frame screens for IMAG (Image Magnification). At the rear of the stage, a 26' x 10' ReveLux StoryGlass LED wall with a 3.9-pixel pitch was ground stacked to display virtual background imagery. The setup provides stunning visuals, especially on camera.
In the second phase of upgrades, Paragon installed a new speaker system featuring two 10-box Nexo line arrays, Nexo upper balcony fills, and front fills, powered by Nexo NX amps for processing. Additionally, four Danley Sound Labs TH118XL subwoofers were added to enhance the existing units.
Kyle Kicker, Worship Pastor at High Street Baptist Church, praised Paragon for creating a high-quality solution within their budget, noting that the new Nexo and Danley audio systems effectively cover the large space, ensuring excellent sound for every seat. He also highlighted how the ReveLux LED wall and laser projectors transformed their use of content, significantly improving the overall experience of their services.
Jared Bone, Young Adults Pastor, emphasized the flexibility these upgrades provided in serving all generations of the church. The audio improvements enhanced both spoken word and music clarity, while the LED wall and projectors created a more cohesive atmosphere.
