Paragon’s reputation for innovation in AVL technology made them the perfect partner for CSI, a growing company with 170 employees across five U.S. locations. CSI's headquarters in Springfield, MO, along with distribution facilities in Fresno, CA, Durham, NC, Fort Worth, TX, and Knoxville, TN, were equipped with upgraded systems designed by Paragon.
The upgrades focused on enhancing teleconferencing in CSI's boardroom and improving flexibility for in-house and remote training sessions in their training studio. Both rooms' video conferencing and training systems are centrally controlled by QSC's Q-Sys platform, handling audio, video routing, processing, and automation commands.
The Q-Sys system at CSI includes a Core110f for processing and automation, four QSC PTZ cameras, and a new I/O-USB Bridge. Shure’s Microflex Advance MXA910 microphones provide superior audio coverage. Board meetings use two 70” Sharp touchscreen displays, while training sessions utilize either a Panasonic PT-RZ570 projector for large groups or an Epson Brightlink 696Ui projector for smaller sessions, both compatible with Da-Lite whiteboard surfaces.
The system supports multiple local sources like PCs, Apple TV, or Vivitek NovoPro for wireless presentations. All audio and video can be recorded or routed via USB to client PCs, enabling seamless integration with conferencing software like WebEx or Facebook Live. This setup allows CSI to conduct global business at the highest level.
